Salad chicken Italian dressing
Small amount of raisins and peanuts
Mango
Salad bla bla bla. Same stuff. It was yummy though!
Small portion of asparagus tiny mayo

Today was a success only because I kept from finishing the graham crackers. Felt like I ate too much fat, though. Breakfast was a piece of ham and one egg, a little butter. Lunch was a hot dog and 6 asparagus spears. Dinner was teriyaki chicken, a can of sliced black olives (!) and half a grapefruit. Am pacing and anxious. Going to bed and have a plan to eat an apple if I just can’t stand it.
Weighed 205 this morning. Good blood sugar.

Same breakfast this a.m.:little ham, one egg. Lunch was another hot dog. Dinner was huge salad, plus a couple of ounces of pork tenderloin, which seemed very lean. I made Davey some beer bread, and treated myself to a slice, with butter. Really good.
I weighed 204 this morning. A pound a day is really encoraging. I’m feeling better at this time of day (night), 8 PM … it’s a little bit easier to accept the fact that there is no more eating tonight. This is typically the time of day when I would spend a couple of hours grazing ….
