Jason – 3/31/2014

Ok, slow start for me today. No breakfast.  Lunch was a green salad with peppers and Italian dressing, a piece of grilled chicken breast, and an apple. Then… Some root beer and a couple of cookies at work. 😱

Dinner was a shish kabob with left-over chicken and pork and veggies with a side of asparagus. And, yes… A couple of teaspoons  of mayo.

So, now this reporting thing sucks!  I WILL have a successful day tomorrow! No deviations!

Oh, yeah, I didn’t exercise, either. 😔

  1. 4-1-14 No breakfast; feeling light headed by 8:30. Ate lo-cal bar (180 cal). 10 a.m., still weak, ate peanut butter crackers (260 cal). 11 a.m. lunch, 2 chicken tenders, 1 hardboiled egg.

    Felt good after that. No PE this week (play practice), so didn’t get as much exercise as usual.

    Dinner was 1 chicken tender, half cup of canned green beans, 1 slice tomato and 3/4 cup grapefruit. Didn’t sleep well last night so will go to bed early tonight.

    Weighed 206 this morning. Might have to work with say, 20 grams of carbohydrates daily.
