So, bad day for me. Blew the diet with Becca’s left over chocolate cake and vanilla pudding. No exercise, either. Feel gross tonight!

tomorrow is a new day. Way to go mom!  3 pounds is great!

  1. Hard day. Fruit smoothie for breakfast. Banana at 9:30; lunch was 1 cup chicken quesadilla soup and an apple. The class had McDonalds cookies at 3 pm; I had a big case of self pity. Very hungry when I got home at 3:45; had 1/2 cup yogurt. Dinner was a very small hamburger pattie and 6 shrimp, with another huge salad. (I actually put mashed potatoes on my plate and was able to take them off!) Still hungry after dinner, I had a scoop of sherbet.

    Feel too full. Should have waited for the sherbet. It’s clear that a lot of my “Hunger” is habit. A habit of indulging in what tastes good.

    Had a major surprise. Checked my blood sugar last night and IT WAS NORMAL! Haven’t seen that in a while. Weight was 205 this morning.

  2. April 4

    Smoothie for breakfast; hamburger pattie and an apple for lunch; lo-cal bar for snack; salmon and asparagus for dinner. Had a small cup of jello for dessert and then relapsed. Am heading off for bed full of a BIG cup of jello and 4 graham crackers WITH BUTTER! Argghhhh!

    Weighed 205 this morning and feel like I have gained 4 lbs tonight. Wuh ….

    Have worked 3 weeks full time and feel better than I have felt in a long time.
